Overview

Metalfab's rugged CB1 Mixer/Blender is designed and engineered to continuously mix, blend, and convey two or more powders, pellets, flakes or granular materials dispensed from Metalfab MetaTech™ Volumetric or "Better-Weigh®" Gravimetric Feeders in proportional quantities. Available in models from 150 to 2,500 cu. ft./hr., the CB1 takes the materials and continuously mixes, blends, and conveys them at a rate equal to the total rates metered by the feeders.

Construction

  • Standard Units: All metal contact parts are carbon steel, carbon steel with special coatings, 304 or 316 stainless steel with a 2B mill finish.
  • Sanitary Units: All metal contact parts are 304 or 316 stainless steel with #4 polish on contact surfaces. Epoxy painted exterior carbon steel parts.
  • Motors/Driver: HP varies depending upon material and feed requirements. See dimension chart.
